"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm perfectly fine, in fact! I've got my smokes, my orders, and now I've got you. Lucky thing I stumbled upon you, eh?" Sadia threw her head back and laughed. It was a good-natured laugh despite her insane personality. Stuffing her hands deeper into her pockets, watching the lazy smoke float up in curls from her cigarette, she turned to look at Sabina with curiously green eyes. "Do you think I mean to harm you, girl?" The look that Sadia gave Sabina then was much like an incredulous one, but she seemed on the verge of... laughter.
Then the verge disappeared. Sadia laughed heartily then. There was no possible way that she could be sincere about anything. "I would not hurt you! Gods, girl! What's your name anyway? Tell me your story. And why are you looking for my family? Well, I suppose that is part of your story, innit. Heh! I get ahead of m'self sometimes it seems. Anyway. Go on. Tell me!" Sadia had done a lot of the talking and none of the listening. In fact, what questions Sabina had for her were carelessly skipped over. The woman meant no harm, of course. She was just following orders to bring Sabina back to the Villa. No one ever said anything about listening to her talk.
Turning around once more, she walked forward and onward to the Villa, glancing over her shoulder occasionally to look and see if Sabina was, in fact, following. At least she didn't have to force the girl along. That would be hell on my back. Tch. I'd've just left her were that the case. If Sabina decided to talk, Sadia would listen as best she could between smoking and watching where she stepped.
"I don't mean to interrupt you, if'n you were going to say anything... but it would be great if you'd giddy up and come walk beside me. Turnin' my neck around to look at you is straining and I'd rather just view you outta the corner of my eye. If it's all the same to you and all. You don't gotta. But it would be nice." Being nice wasn't so hard, Sadia was finding. Sometimes being herself landed her in troublesome situations. Good thing the girl was steady enough to be able to put up with all of her antics, she reckoned. Otherwise she'd probably be running the girl down getting cursed by Kisa.
Speaking of Kisa, the half fey had neglected to tell Sabina about who was floating in front of her face... Ahhh. All in good time.
