Chicken fried rice, chocolate milk, and orange juice.
I didn't eat them all at once, but they all came back up on me at once....Horrible. Not sure I'll ever eat chicken fried rice again.

I once puked up pickles, and didnt eat them for about 10 years. Same with food from Long John Silvers, but I think that only lasted 5 years w/o eating from them again.
If you really wanna experience something nasty, to your immune system that is, go buy fresh mushrooms, and open the wrapping then let them sit in the fridge for 3 days, cook something with them and eat them. On the 4th day any ones you didnt use will be covered in mold and you'll be shitting a crapload every 5 mins.

Actually I think that German Chocolate cake looks like a cake that someone puked all over. Even though I know the frosting is just a translucent coconut frosting, it still looks pretty nasty.
I recall hearing that Clem once ate uncooked chicken, and was violently ill afterwords.
