I'm terrible at shooter games. I put the gun up to the screen for Duck Hunt.

Fallout should work for you then, since you can switch to 3rd person view while moving about, plus you can use a trageting system to help you aim better if you suck at shooters.

It is all about opinion. It's all about what you specifically want in a gaming system. Things like Bluray mean nothing to me, seeing as how I never had a problem with DvD. I also don't need a billion gigs to save things. The only things I save are for the games I play, and when I occasionally buy something off xbox live.

I thought Playstation Network was poor. I've played PS3, and before it I was a very big fan of Playstation. I loved PS1, and more so loved PS2. PS3, for the titles they had as well as the price of the system when it first came out, even with Xbox's RRoD, PS3 was still not the better system.

Now, the new Xbox has become the common one seeing as how they're no longer making the -Pro-. The price for it has also dropped, even beneath what the PS3's recent price drop was.

Is the Xbox a more powerful system? No. Is it capable of more? Thus far yes, but not in terms of technical specs. In regard to power and out right "ability" the PS3 is in fact the superior system.

But...

The Xbox library is superior to the PS3 to a gamer like myself. While I admit that not having God of War 3 on the Xbox is very unfortunate (I loved the series) it is still not enough to make me believe the PS3 is better. I played Killzone 2, other than the graphics, it was a by the numbers FPS. I played Uncharted Drakes Fortune and it was Tomb Raider with an upgrade, and a male protagonist. Even inFamous was the idea of Crackdown, merely improved on. Every other game that can or has been called good on the PS3 has been released for the Xbox too.

And the fact PS3 doesn't have Left 4 Dead...yeah. That's the uranium bullet between the eyes of any possibility there was in me respecting it.

As you said though, it is all about opinion. I despised little big planet. So you create your own levels to play through. Yeah, isn't that what I'm paying for? Levels and concepts -designed- by the games developers? If I wanted to create I'd open my MS paint, go to town, and save myself $50

I am not a diehard Xbox owner. Hell, my 360 has RRoD on me 3 times, and I've gone through 2 Pro systems. Still, I prefer the Xbox. Its library is more extensive, it makes games I actually want to play rather than games that feel as though I've played them before (just under a clearer lense). Being a fanboy or girl in this era is just dumb. There's Wii for the kids, Xbox for the gamers, and PS3 for the posers.

There's something for everyone. =)

PS; And you said you laughed at the games coming out for Xbox in 09? Uhh Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake, Halo Wars and Halo 3: Recon (even though I never really liked Halo) Huxley, GTA 4 Episode 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Divinity 2, Dungeon Hero, Risen, Captain Blood. So yeah, the release list is looking pretty good actually.

So I took Justin's advice, made an Evil Character, when it came time to escape the vault I killed all the security offices, Butch, Butch's Mom (I got to her too late and she died, so I though I'll just kill Butch), then when I got to the Overseer I was just gonna injure him and ended up killing him as well. When I got out I went to Silver's house got the 400caps from her then killed her taking an extra 100, and looted her stuff. Accepted to Blow up Megaton, but decided to do a few quests for it first. Was gonna go kill the two Ghouls near Vault 101, ran into a Giant Scorpion, it killed a wandering in two hits, after I killed it I looked for a body and it poofed, afterwords I was out wandering around and 2 Radscorpions started chasing me, so I shot at a car and it exploded taking two of them out.

Man.. this game is fun.

I saved before kiling everyone in Megaton, Jericho put up most of the fight, the Robot in the Armory killed me though. The fighting begain after I shot a Missle at the Nuke, and it reflected the explosion towards the npc's around it. LoL

Anyways, I had to return the game yesterday and will be getting the goty in Oct. Likely off amazon.

I had a free rental so I got Enchanted Arms, its a pretty basic rpg, and in the beginning you have a guy on your team called Mykoto, that's described in the manual as "flamboyant transvestite", I think they just didnt want to say he's gay. LoL

Been playing Enchanted Arms as of late, I was able to find a new E copy in town for $15, so I nabbed it. its by From Software, so the games I could most relate it to are Evergrace for the graphics/layout, and likely Eternal Eyes for the battle tactics, and idea to use Golems/Puppets for extra characters.
