Hi everyone,

We have some new updates to share with you:

1. Our website layout has been set up to match the forum layout. In addition, alot of our pages have been updated since they were out of date. There is a new section for Aleris' Setting and in the near future this will be updated with a new map, land parcels characters can buy, descriptions for all our towns/cities, etc. Be on the look out!

2. After talking over it with the other GMs, we have decided to remove the Outer Gates and put our primary focus on Aleris. While we liked the idea of the Outer Gates in the beginning, sadly they weren't generating that much interest. Some things to note about this:

• All references to the Outer Gates have been removed from the forum, website and any current realm wide storylines. If you are using them in your storyline at the moment (which I don't think anyone is), it is up to you how you would like to edit your writing.
• If you were the moderator of an Outer Gate, all posts in the Outer Gates forums have been moved to the Role Playing Archives.
• Since the Outer Gates really held no impact, we're not going to do any storylines concerning their disappearance; they're just sort of not going to be there anymore. This actually works out okay, because they weren't even in the Alerian history to begin with. If, however, say you needed to reference something that happened between Eternelle Lune and Aleris or The Outlands and Aleris, you could still do so but without the presence of the Outer Gates.
