Hi everyone,

I had an idea which may help with getting people more involved into realmwide storylines. I think often times the problem is that most people aren't sure how to get their characters into the story or why they would appear in the storyline in the first place. For that, I had the idea of "Tagging".

Tagging could be done in this sort of fashion:

• GMs will have a sign up sheet on the forum. If you want to sign up on the sheet, that means the GMs can sort of write your character into the storyline somehow. Now, when I say write your character into the storyline, I don't mean we're going to add stuff into your character's history or change their personality. It'll sort of be an invitation.
  
  For example: Character A who posts on the boards is known as this really awesome fighter who can weild 18 swords at once. Well it just so happens that we have a realmwide storyline going on where there is a war and King Alerion would like to recruit Character A and sends him a note.
  
  Anyway, that is a really rough example.
  
  
• After being tagged in a post, the GMs will send you a forum PM saying, "We've tagged your character in this post!"
