I also got Star Ocean the Last Hope for the ps3, as far as I can tell there are no major differences between the ps3 and 360 versions, besides the quality in graphics. I managed to flip through the ps3 versions guide which reads something like 'updated with info on both versions', however is was just the same guide with 'International' tagged on.
There are two changes, nothing really big, one is that there are multiply subbed langauges and the original japanese voices, the other is the original anime menu interface, nothing really major, like new characters or new dungeons.
Now I just have to wait for that Atelier game to come out on the ps3..
