Once again he found himself approaching the Chronicle with the intention of announcing the end of his marriage, this time to the demoness Delaney Ambrose, formerly Discord Desiderio. Unlike his former announcement this one was not born out of hurt and anger but more out of a mutual need to return to their own lives. There was no ill will involved, simply a parting of ways.
The notice was delivered, the fee paid, and in the next daily paper his add was run.
Announcement of Divorce
“I, Morlis Desiderio, would like to announce the ending of my union to my wife Discord Ambrose. The divorce is granted by mutual consent.”
What else need he say really? The why and the how were no one’s business but his and Discords. She was off to find her own life and he would now build his.
