"Six, you'll need to step back a bit. I need room to do this."

I was only half telling the truth. I would need room, but I just wasn't comfortable having an angry, naked demon looming that close to me while I was on the floor. Go figure.

The Gods Have Spoken! Aleris Gains A New High Priestess!

In a surprise turn of events it was announced today that he Matron Goddesses of Aleris, Larisa and Calypso, have chosen a new High Priestess! It was widely assumed that one of the young novices in Calypso or Larisa’s service would one day assume the position which has lay empty for quite some time. Instead the high honor was bestowed upon a new comer to Aleris’ shores, Jezika Fehr.

Ms. Fehr has resided in Aleris for only a short time and has already made the head lines with her antics but almost immediately upon entering Aleris she sought out the Goddess Larisa who was quite obviously taken with a far more tender side of the woman that she has shown to the rest of Aleris. It is that chaos that no doubt makes her appealing to our Lady Calypso as well. Combined with her history of service to the Gods this has made her an idea candidate for the position of the Alerian High Priestess.

In her duties Fehr will be responsible for acting as the representative for both Calypso and Larisa in the Ladies’ absence. All who wish to serve the Matrons of our fair realm will need to win the favor of our new High Priestess who will see to the training and placement among the Priestesses and Priests who serve the Lady’s of Chaos and Order, Dark and Light.

She will also have the festive duty of coordinating and seeing to all public rituals, rites, and celebrations. Perhaps Ms. Fehr will observe the upcoming holiday and help return a sense of merriment to a recently beleaguered city.

We at the Chronicle would like to congratulate Ms. Fehr on her appointment and wish her all the best in her new position.
