"Six, you'll need to step back a bit. I need room to do this."

I was only half telling the truth. I would need room, but I just wasn't comfortable having an angry, naked demon looming that close to me while I was on the floor. Go figure.

The mountains were dark and had been since she'd tried to follow the path of family. It was few and far between. The things that hunted her family had yet to find her but then she wasn't like the others. A mutated freak that wasn't fit for polite society. It required a control she severely lacked on most occasions but still she did at least make attempts.

Each strand in the chain of the pack that had snapped had driven her further and further into the darkness, further into her own mind. Was she truely that far insane? Of course she was, yup it's official she's nuts because her brain answers all her own internal questions with an obnoxious tone that makes her want to eat it's face off.

Peace came when she brought winter and danced upon a lake. In the few memories that her turbulent mind had failed to obliterate with it's mad ramblings. Really there wasn't much room in there it was rather crowded between the hunger bursts. Hunger for one thing or another it controled her days in and days out as she had forgotten her purpose.

Like a drunken stupor she gorged on the things she needed, and would wake up the next day in a mess she'd rather others not know about. It was something she'd had to take to other places, too close to the imperial cities of eternelle lune would draw the protectorate down on her ass and or the few remaining family members into danger.

However it was getting close to dark and there she was walking through snow on a mountain clad in nothing more then a bloodied chemise and a tattered petty coat that was just as bloodied and dirty. Must of been one hell of a party right?

Her hair hung down her back pure as snow, her blue eyes like silver shards of ice glistening at times even glowing as she didn't feel the cold around her. She did feel something stalking her and had for the last few miles of her little walk in search of a good hunting ground.

She was nearing a ravine when the whispers had started. Nothing was that close to her, she couldn't smell anything and her heightened senses weren't something to play with. She could find little Timmy down that water hole a hell of a lot faster then lassie could have had a wet dream about.

Is it brighter there.....

The sun no longer shines...

So cold and alone.....

When...

The soft sobbing of pain and crying tears tore at her. She did have the emotions just they were rather buried under about 12 feet of insanity.

Something, someone was crying. It was then or there about, she heard the woman, saw her standing ahead of her looking into the cold snowy night.

"Back away from the cliff, Miss." Syl murmured in a soft tone so not to frighten her. Hell just looking at her would make frankenstine haul ass the other direction.

Forever lost....

Help me.....

Sylvana....

She tilted her head how the fuck did this female know her name. Her fangs pressed to her lips, her gums shifted for the secondary fangs that were coming when her heckles rose. All the while the woman turned and reached a hand out to her. No one called her by her name, not anymore not in a long time and yet this female had. Her red hair and icey blue eyes really were petting her wrong.

Help me.....

Sylvana....

She stepped forward against her better instincts, oh how her internal workings were ordering she turn about face. Where as another was demanding we pop off her head and see if it bobbles like a dashboard doggy. Still part of her whispered a name. "Kajia."

The woman stepped backwards, her hand still extended towards Syl as she fell into the night vanishing..

What.. the Hell.... She'd launched for the woman and slammed down on the edge of the ravine and dug her nails in to keep from going off as well. She'd vanished.. Still she heard the cries.....

Help me....

Sylvana...
