    Distinguishing Marks: His fingertips have no prints to them, just smooth surfaces that seem to brighten with a 'sentient' light the closer they come to something or someone living. His eyes appear human with the irises being a very striking amber in color, matching well with his complexion.

Background

Nothing is known about the new comer beyond he hails from Eternelle Lune, and he appears to be from a desert place yet speaks with no distinguishing accent. He often goes by the nickname "Dead" so as to play upon his last name. However, such a word often has much more meaning when used as any kind of label. Aside from that it's all speculation.
