Our Voices

"Many years ago, the ancient line of Kings who ruled the land of Aleris were both immortal and ageless. There was no definite reason as to why the royal blood of Aleris developed this characteristic of eternal youth. However, it was not without great sacrifice that the Kings obtained their immortality..."

Most of the time, Mir looks like a human youth of above-average height, dressed in simple garb. His build is a muscular and wiry one. He has a skin tone lighter than what one would expect from a Heruin native. Dark and wavy hair cropped short to just below his ears frame a face with sharp features and a pair of pale blue eyes.

After transforming into his 'true' appearance, Mir looks near unrecognizable. His hair is thick, long and shaggy, while his body is covered in a scaly hide crisscrossed with scars that never seem to fade. Twisted horns protrude from his cheeckbones, brows and temples, complementing the long-fingered nature of his clawed-like hands. He lacks external ears in this form, and ragged scars connect the ends of his lips to the sides of his face. The only things he retains from his human self are his eyes and build.

Background

As a child, Mir was taken away by a Fae of the desert. Thrown into a life of servitude under a cruel and mercurial master, escape seemed like an impossibility, if not for Heruin's governing god. While travelling in the South of Heruin, Mir temporarily broke free of his master's control. Running with no destination in mind, he found himself entering the Tempesturo's temple.
