Nothing is known about him beyond what you are able to see. His origins, motivations, even his very species are debatable. People avoid him out of fear that whatever ill he carries could be contagious, and he seems to prefer it that way. Seen wandering through various towns from one day to the next with no apparent direction or intent, it's curious how one like him can travel between entire continents with such speed. Should a person encounter him it is normally near some body of water, be it still, churning, man made or naturally occurring.

Some think him insane due to his habit of talking to the water, along with his lack of self preservation. He will normally choose the most dangerous route somewhere, or enter buildings known for their violent history. Yet he always manages to find his way without so much as a scratch.
