He was created from the flesh and bone of Alexian DarkMyst forged into a child that was a genetic match. He was wisked away before he could be corrupted and hidden in the kingdom of Kl'vane where he was raised by Queen Prettiflower. He was convinced that he was elf and lived until the age of 15 in the castle when he was married to Lady Marle. He was married for less than 6 months before he disappeared form the kingdom not feeling whole and complete in the life of a Prince.

He crossed the great sea to Oorcinrath a city state and fought in the wars against the demon Con-Quy who eventually won the city and razed it to the ground and asked the lost prince to gain a sword for him in order to spare his life.

Obstinata was found by the lost prince who revealed the arraki trues heritage and the fact the he could split himself much like his father had created him. The only difference was that he created a seperate mind first and the body formed later when the mind grew strong enough. There are currently 4 different versions of the arraki:

Syvern: When Soul gained control of the physical form Syvern the prince was forced from the body and floated freely until he gained the ability to create a body. He appears the youngest of the four copies and in some cases is the weakest.

Chaos: Obstinata had been a demon created blade and the combining of Obstinata to Soul created a combination of both Souls powers and the darkness that masked the blade. Chaos has all the powers of the sword but is forced to channel them through a spine of a creature much like the original blade is a demon skull and spine. He is the most evil and has little to no regard for the life of others.

Black: Black formed inside of Syverns mind when the prince became lost and aghast that he would be forced to wander the living world as a soul for eternity. Black is sinister and a master of deception using it to gain both access to the abilities of Obstinata and the ability to create a physical form. Syvern beats Black only long enough to create two beings.

As of the current time Syvern and Soul are the only still physical arrakis, where Syvern is Soul does not know. Chaos and Black both tried to repose Soul as Soul is the main body and the strongest of the four both were defeated in an elongated battle and trapped within Souls body in soul-cages.

He was crowned king of Misranchit the sister city-state to Oorcinrath after joining their fight against the army of Con-Quy after retrieving Oorcinrath. The demon king met the arraki in battle and managed to drag him to the underworld with him. When he returned a hundred years had passed and he was only remembered in song this prompted him to leave the realm at the first chance he could.


Soul travels the realms trying to stay out of peoples business and enjoy the life of being immortal. But he doesn't believe in innocents being slaughtered so when he needs to he reveals himself as a warrior against those who wish evil upon the good.
