So, I find myself reading everyone's stories and I love something about everyone's characters. Sometimes while I read I get inspired by the character or by something they say or I love the image the player uses as their signature and...well, I suppose this is just the illustrator in me, but I feel like making something fun to go with that particular moment.

I have just recently reinstalled my Paintshop program. I am a bit rusty, so I do enjoy the extra practice as well. If you know me, you know I love making signatures.

I hope no one minds, because I generally won't ask permission first! It's just for fun. You are free to use whatever I make if you'd like or you can pretend it never happened. I won't take offense I promise.

What inspired this thread was reading a post under the character Wish Star. Where I, as a reader, found out her last name was Star. Which I just loved. Also, her character picture is one of my all time favorites from Guild Wars. So, here is Wish Star!

I have to say your quality of work is really impressive, especially considering you're just doing it for no reason! I love the words on the side. The sparkles coming off her hand seem well placed as well. Really I can get some inspiration of my own from this!

Only thing I will nitpick is about the size of the sig lol I've never been a fan of large sigs, I try to keep it at most 200 pixels tall and 500 pixels wide.

This is something I struggle with also and I realize it's because most character pictures are larger in height than width unfortunately!

Yeah, it's huge. You could potentially resize them if they were to be used as a forum signature. I make them somewhat small, but a bit larger than a forum signature.

Ah, so you play Allods. I have a friend who plays that. Different from the MMO's I play, but still fun.

I got my next inspiration from the shift that appears to be taking place in the character Maxim. I don't know how anyone else feels, but I was never expecting him to become a military man for local government. Seems he is attempting to turn over a new leaf. Not sure if I am a fan or not of the decision, but the fact that it is keeping me thinking and guessing is enough to know that from a creative standpoint, it is working!

So, here is Maxim. The quote I thought represented his tumultuous change is from the Within Temptation song 'The Howling'.

Thanks guys! It's called 'Kingthings Spike' if you ever want to download it. I am trying to regather all my favorite fonts from across the internet. Slowly but surely!

So, I have been reading Madrin's stuff lately, or perhaps I should say, noticing it more. Good stuff! I love that he is an unexpected hero. He seems to be coming into his own as a character, finding his place in Aleris.

The drawing is based off the character Jon Snow, from Game of Thrones, which reminded me of Madrin's character descriptions and the quote from Aragon, from Lord of the Rings, who also seems to remind me a bit of Madrin. The Leader of Men!

That's awesome I will make it my signature. I'm glad you like Madrin . It took me awhile to decide how to write in this kind of rp world but, I think I've figured it out. Isabella is great too, thank you for your effort.
