I have no clue if that was spelled right, but have wrestled with it enough. Anyway! Given that I seem to be in a wholly different time (warp) then the rest of you, I figured I'd throw something out there I haven't seen yet... Whenever you feel you have a track that suits a certain scene, character - or even just your mood as a player right now, feel free to place it here.

I'd like to keep comments about the genre or choice people make to a minimum - as to each their own. But do feel free to comment as the reason why you chose a piece or pieces... And/or feel free to disregard my request completely. Anyway - Add on and contribute!

Nice song. :)

This reminds me of Verial and Deanna - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8uJX7pA9HQ

Seriously though. A lot of times when I'm writing I'll listen to Hans Zimmer because he's amazing. I really really love the Last Samurai soundtrack. I can't count the number of times it's given me goosebumps. It can be perfect for writing beautiful moments, sad events and battle scenes.

Hans Zimmer is a musical god. :D

Ambient music is what I write best to, though I think that music and lyrics create the best atmosphere for character themes (like the above pic for Verial and Deanna!). Recently I've been listening to a lot of Tame Impala; it's not the sort of music I'd consider my favorite genre, or easy listening - but maybe it's just suited my mood recently?
